UPSC IAS 2016 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must have the required eligibility criteria like the aspirants must have the graduation degree. The aspirants must be an Indian citizen. They have passed the MBBS degree but have not completed their internship. The aspirants who have passed their Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), ICSI and ICWAI are eligible to apply for this exam. The age of the aspirants should not be less than 21 years and more than 32 years. The relaxation will be given to SC / ST candidates up to 5 years and OBC contenders up to 3 years. Unreserved category aspirants have to pay the application fee which is Rs. 100/-, however the reserved aspirants are exempted from the fee. The fee has to be submitted in any branch of SBI using online banking facility like Net banking / Visa / Master / Credit / Debit Card. The selection of the aspirants will be done on the basis of the Preliminary exam and the interview.
