Under this RTE Karnataka 2017 scheme, applicants who want to get admission LKG and 1st Class (Standard) do not have to pay any fees if they get success in the test qualification. This is because sometimes students are asked to pay the fee which they cannot afford. That is why taking this into consideration a step towards this problem has been taken. Right to Education (RTE) in Karnataka is a scheme under which candidates who want to pursue their schoolings from the preferred school can do that. They have to appear for a special exam and if they pass it, they would not have to pay any fees for the education until they reach 10th Class (Standard). Those students whose age is between 3 years 10 months–4 years 10 months can get admission to LKG, and those who have 5 years 10 months–6 years 10 months might get entrance to 1st standard as on 01st June 2016.
Taking the rural area of 1km from the village/ habitation (for classes 1st to 5th) and in the urban area, the neighbour area shall be considered as the area of the ward with the intention of local authority governance.
Through a Lottery System, the selection of the students would be done online. Students’ parents can make sure the result status via online and they would also get an SMS for the same update.
